I have been very pleased the multiple times we have gone. It is the best restaurant in DeWitt. The food is very good--I would not call it excellent, but I've never had anything that wasn't above average (and that includes sampling everyone else's fair, too). The staff and owner are very friendly and courteous. Service has been slow a handful of times, but I would not say that is the norm. The atmosphere is dated, though you can tell they did their best to spruce up an old, existing building, so I give credit for that. The menu feels diverse compared to other restaurants in the price range (around the $10-12 price mark).
I'm most impressed by the service here, but the food is pretty good as well. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. She might have been on break when our food came out because the cook brought it to us himself. He was super friendly as well and we had a discussion about the tomatoes on my greek salad. They took the time to marinated them! It was an $8 salad, but totally worth it since it was large and loaded with feta and olives. Seems to be popular with the locals.

Good food and family atmosphere. They have a large menu with a lot of selecruons including the lobster roll which my mother loves and the spinach pie. When the owner is there, he has conversations with the customers and really makes it feel like a family environment. Food is great and we visit often.
