I choose this place because it was close to my home. I bought several sets of tires and I've had several repairs done over the last 5 years. I generally trust people so I believe them if they say I need repairs or tires. This place WILL lie to you and take advantage of you if you use them. Example 1: they said I needed about $1500 in repairs on one of my vehicles. It seemed excessive and I took it to another place for a quote, they laughed, the car was fine. No repairs needed. Example 2: I took my car to another tire shop to get the tires I bought from Complete Auto rotated because I had my suspicions they were being dishonest. They double checked all the numbers and were really concerned. Complete Auto mounted the wrong size tires for my vehicle. My suggestion, run away as fast as you can from these guys, I can't believe they're still around quite honestly. Karma will come around eventually guys.
Had a valve stem installed. Didn't even take 5 min, no charge. I'll be back
Called here one day and they were closed but accommodatingly made an appointment for the next day. Fixed a simple nail in the tire for free but with that quality of service I would definitely come here again for more tire work
These guys do a great job for an affordable rate with pro rated parts
Wasn't even able to make it here. Gentleman on the phone was very rude and didn't seem to want to talk to someone who "doesn't know cars" I was going to come here since it was close but decided discount tire instead even thought they're much farther because someone that rude on the phone doesn't deserve my business and money
