Had great help with directions to the place and help with new tires for a bike.
I tried to not even rate this place because the service was so bad. I ordered from them as one of the companies bike dealers. After receiving my order, and getting payment, they called me up and wanted to charge me more money to ship them to me because their website messed up when I checked out. When I pointed out to them, it wasn't my fault, he refused to ship them to me unless & paid the extra money and went off about how he's not even going to make any money off of them. Why sell them then?

Bad way to do business. You always try to please a customer. Well I hope whoever purchased them got them for the same price they were selling for online. Oh, by the way Brandon, I had my within 3 days of ordering them from the UK. So you lied about that also. I will say that they did refund my money to me, even though I caved and said I would pay the extra shipping. They were supposed to be Christmas presents.
