I tried to order one specialty cone, they said they didn't have the ingrediants, then I tried to order an ice cream they had listed and I would do a mix your own. They said they had run out. Then I tried to order another flavor and they said they didn't have much of that one left so would I mind getting a different flavor. Then I went to try and figure out what to put in it and she asked me to pay across the other couple who hadn't paid for their ice cream yet. After she takes the payment she just walks off.
Been to this particular cold stone location 3 separate times and they never have what you want tried to order 4 different signature options each one was either we don't have sweet cream ice cream no cheesecake ice cream no strawberries products expired employees are pricks they don't talk to customers they sit in the back and stare at their phones.... Complete bush league!!! I never write negative reviews by the way...
My husband ordered one of their special cones and they said they didn't have the Reeses to go in it but said they could do Reeses pieces. He said okay but they ended up also not having the fudge chunks to go in it.
I will never go back to this place. I loved cold stone and the ruined it for me! There was hair in my ice cream and it was like soup. The staff wasn't really great either.
It takes several minutes to actually get out ice cream even started. We notice while they are making my husband's that there are Reeses in the jars available. I ask if he can have them instead of the pieces and they say they are expired. But his ice cream ended up okay. Mine ended up being freezer burned and having the gross cotton candy ice cream of the couple that went before us all over mine. Terrible and over priced.
When we walked in there were three people behind the counter not a one of them would look me in the eyes one was in the ice cream case one had a headset on and was working the drive-through, the girl was standing behind the man digging in the ice cream case! So we stood there a few minutes, still no eye contact, looking at the menu and trying to figure out where we were supposed to order. Then the young man came close enough I could ask him where to order. He turned to the man digging still into the ice cream case, I think he grunted a few things! Then the young man with the headset finally took our order! They didn't have all the ingredients, but when we finally got our ice cream it was good! If it were me I would hire a few more people friendly employees! It appeared it was the first day for all 2 of them!
Went a two weeks ago, and they were closed early. Wanted to go again seeing as my father has never been, went tonight said ice cream closed an hour before the store does. I called earlier the same day to MAKE SURE that we did not drive all the way there for nothing, was told ice cream was available until close but when we arrived we're turned away. Not only that but when I stated that I had spoken with someone earlier was told rudely the employee had been there all day and no one had called about it. Yeah ok. Don't go here. Employees need some serious help in customer service.
I will start by saying the employees were nice but the experience was awful. First we said it was our first time at Coldstone so we weren't sure how to order and there are no prices or ingredient choices listed anywhere. The lady kind of looked at us like it was self explanatory but did end up telling us what to do.
